Late Notice Policy

We do have a 24-hour late notice policy. 

If you cannot attend, or need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by calling us on 02 8065 0899”  

Patients will be charged a $75 if they give late notice or fail to attend their appointment. 

We understand that unforeseeable circumstances can happen, just give us a call. If we can find you a time within 24 hours after your scheduled appointment, your fee will be waived, assuming you attend the rescheduled appointment. 

We will send you an SMS confirming the time and location of the appointment the day before your booking.

For any changes to your appointment, please DO NOT EMAIL or respond to the text, please contact us on 02 8065 0899. 

It is only considerate and respectful to both our therapists and patients that suitable notice is given. This notice period allows the therapist to try and fill the appointment slot with another booking.
