Clinical yoga is a therapeutic, evidence-based approach that blends the holistic practice of yoga with physiotherapy. It is perfectly placed to address the whole person (physical, mental and emotional) to overcome injury, reduce stress and optimise performance and wellbeing. help treat pain, movement limitations and specific physical or mental health conditions.

At Bondi Platinum Physio, Jasper combines the assessment and diagnostic skills of an experienced physiotherapist with over 12 years of personal yoga practice. He will prescribe yoga-based interventions which target specific impairments, improve movement quality and support recovery in a way that is individualised to you.

If you already enjoy yoga and want to improve your practice, clinical yoga can also provide the one-on-one guidance that is often missing in a general class setting.
