Our senior physio Jasper Donald trained with the Titleist Performance Institute and understands how to get a player’s body functioning to swing a club in the most efficient way.  He can provide an expert assessment of how each golfer’s individual physical capabilities directly influence their swing mechanics. 

Modern golf and physical conditioning are now inseparable. The golf swing - particularly in full shots - is a powerful, repeatable rotational movement that places significant demands on mobility, stability, coordination, and sequencing. 

TPI analysis integrates biomechanics, mobility, and strength to explain why certain swing characteristics occur and how they can be improved. As a keen golfer himself, regularly playing at NSW Golf Club in La Perouse, Jasper understands the demands of the game both clinically and practically.

    This is not a golf lesson. The focus is on how physical limitations such as thoracic rotation, hip mobility or core control can cause compensations in swing and reduce performance. Jasper will target these issues to improve your swing efficiency, consistency and power.
