Training sessions with one of our physios mean that every program is built with a clear understanding of your injury history, movement patterns and physical capacity. Training under expert supervision allows you to build power, strength and endurance without the risk of injury.
The clinic is fully equipped for proper strength training, including free weights, squat rack and bench press, allowing for structured and progressive loading.
The focus is not just on getting you through a workout, but on developing long term strength, control and capacity so your body can handle whatever you ask of it. Jasper and Ferdia have over 20 years of combined experience training in gyms – both helping others and looking after their own bodies. The gym is their playground and they know exactly how to help you get the maximum benefit from training.
